The act of dressing up to go out and meet african american males in an effort to establish a physical relationship. Named after the similarity to a male testicle.

Person 1: "Look at that skank, what she doin'?
Person 2: "Oh, she kumquatting tonight"
Person 1: "Look out Kanye"

Another word for the term "Tea bagging" used while referring to your testicles as cumquats.

"Last night was fun. They took pictures of me cumquatting that chic at the party last night."
