When you offset your lack of knowledge on a particular topic by providing any fact or piece of information you know. The information shared does not have to relate directly to the topic at hand, it just has to loosely align to the topic, allowing the individual to talk long enough to wear down their audience to the point where no one wants to ask a follow-up question out of fear of getting more information that doesn't actually address the question at hand. Typically used by executives in earnings calls, or any individual who has to answer a work question but is unwilling to acknowledge they don't actually know the answer to the question. It is not advised Kelb'n in a marital relationship question, because it makes the answering party look guilty of something.

Man, that was a tough meeting, I was Kelb'n my ass off to just get out of that discussion. Eventually, I could see no one wanted to ask anymore follow-ups and the task got assigned to someone else!
