Intelligence

n. (defense, law enforcement, etc.) information supporting the predetermined course of action -- as distinct from information warning against that course, the latter being classified as propaganda, disinformation, conspiracy theory, etc.

There is no intelligence to support the claim that baggage handlers traffic drugs in the baggage of unsuspecting passengers, who will take the rap if the plan goes wrong.
