This is based on a peception that Horners could form a viable form of regionalism due to the fact that Horners share similar traits, such as being Cushitic, having E-M215 (also E3b) as a predominant haplogroup, and distinct phenotype. Such a polity has never materialized except under the command of Ahmed Gragn (circa 16th century) and Ismail Mire (Darwiish supreme commander).
