Forhinking
Planning something without considering the obvious risks or consequences, as in an alcoholic going to a bar and planning to have just ONE beer; thinking that you're going to get away with a lie but ignoring the fact that it's utterly implausible; calling in sick but forgetting that you just posted on Facebook a picture of yourself at the water park and having a great time.
