A pipe made from aluminum foil bowl for smoking of tobacco or marijuana.

I couldn't find a new pipe, so i just made a foiler myself.

1.One who will continuously publicize others who posses foibles.
2.Such actions are constant.
3.Such thoughts eventually become subconscious to the point where reasonable thinking is unattainable

A term often used by evil villains in cartoons when the super hero would ruin a plan of theirs by destroying a certain machine or revealing to the public the evil master minds' idea.

(Super Fred just blew up Evil Dr. Tims' death ray before Evil Dr. Tim could destroy Peace Town) Evil Dr. Tim screams "Curses, foiled again!"
