a change in direction caused by maneuvering your body/an object. you must change your acceleration and direction in witch you are traveling thus for your displacement is 0. there are many a terms like flip-a-bitch but none with the same power. its kinda of like making a u turn but not even close?

Flipping a bitch is making an illeagal U-turn, usually done in the middle of a street or over a double line. Often times resulting in your passengers freaking out or shitting their pants.
