A person with masculine personality (usually men) and feminine style.
Note, this is about femininity as determined by normal people, not as defined by toxic masculinity. Being clean isn't feminine; it's a baseline requirement of being a functioning adult of any gender. This is about actual, overt femininity.
Fembros are mostly straight but can be any orientation. Unrelated to mtf trans girls.
