"Fanto" means "fantastic," but with real enthusiasm; not the kind of "fantastic" you might say to just anyone, but to your real and true best friend when he/she does something extraordinary. It must always be shouted.

Friend: Hey, check out this pizza I bought for you. It is on a thin crust, and is topped with extra heapings of sausage, onion, and green pepper.

Fanto

A guy's crush or girlfriend. An informal Hindi word primarily used in Northern parts of India, around Delhi.

Guy 1: Teri fanto ko subah us dusre chhokre ke saath dekha apun ... (Bro, I saw your darling with that other guy this morning)

Guy 2: Uski to, abhi maa behen ek karta hoon. (Wait what, I'll teach that bitch a lesson right away)
