When you’ve already pooped once.. but the second wave isn’t quite ready yet, so you do dumping jacks to assist the second wave of shit.
I feel like I have to poop again but it’s not coming out.. I’ll try doing dumping jacks to help it move along

When you take a dump, then jack off in the bowl after you're done. Usually this is to save water and not flush twice, or to cover up for anyone in the house.
