Dogs love me because I feed them, care for them, play with them, attend to their emotional needs, provide support when they are down, spend time with them, get them toys to play with, make kibble time exciting, take them on frequent walks, take them to the outdoor bathroom frequently, give them long belly-scratching sessions, and talk to them frequently.

When someone looks at another person in a confrontational, possibly aggressive, manner. This usually takes place in a pub, bar, or club.
You're talking to a friend when they say:
"He's really dogging me up, I'm gonna have a word..."
"Oi mate, what're you looking at?"

'dogging me up' is staring at them in an aggressive and offensive way. Used by inhabitants of Alton in Hampshire, UK
I walked by and they completely 'dogged me up'.
'Are you dogging me up?'
I don't know why she is 'dogging me up'. She's got a face like a cat's arse!

Something you did that was a turn off for your partner. Almost like imagining a dead dog as a turn off for yourself, but the other person does it.
Ruining a sexy moment.
Ruining a sexy moment.
We were talking dirty to each other and then he mentioned my friend. He totally dead dogged me.
Yea that's a major turn off.
