A combination of wookie (ie dreadlocked neo-hippie) and gangsta commonly found at disco biscuits concerts. Usually under the influence of and/or selling various pychotropic substances, in particular MDMA (molly, rolls, etc) or LSD (doses, L, acid, liquid, etc).
