This thing he thinks he has doesn't exist therefore he needs his daily dose of dick to function correctly. This nigga thinks he is amazing while his bestie is here like Bitch where his bitch ass is like im amazing when everyone truly knows that his bestie is at least 100% better then his bitch ass :). something said when someone takes the joke too seriously or personally and they need a reminder of what they're mad about. knocks the sense back into someone real quick.
