99% of the citizens of earth would be considered to be called a deygent. Whilst the one 1%, can not function without destroying world.

Terrorist organisations are considered not be a deygent. Some pepole will even consider hitler and some US presidents not be a deygent.

degentrification

Degentrification is when an area or neighborhood starts to gentrify so quickly that it does not 'organically' gentrify and certain elements of that process break down and begin to erode the process. (meaning, the process is too rapid to have ever happened over time, culturally and of its own accord.) In the case the north brooklyn, the gentrification has almost been forced or pushed by condo builders in order to sell condos offering incentives that they never had any intention of producing. When this happens, word spreads fast and those reasons which originally inspired people to move there become reversed and disappear.

Take a look at all of the condo buildings that have gone rental and you'll see degentrification at work.

Degentleman

They are not shy and don't hide what they like and are very open-minded. They will talk about whatever without shame. But they are still nice and caring for their friends. They will be the first to say "Hi" and then say your ass is nice. You will be used to them because they are always fun to be around.

Unlike an 'entrepreneur' a degentrepreneur is an individual dedicated to building business or businesses in web 3.0, taking on risks in the hope of profit or with the aim of helping others. Web 3.0 is defined as the creation of high-quality content and services produced by gifted individuals using Web 2.0 technology as an enabling platform. Web 3.0 refers to specific technologies that should be able to create the Semantic Web.

The people behind some of the biggest digital applications that run on a blockchain network of computers instead of relying on a single computer could be said to be degentrepreneur pioneers.
