Coi is a beautiful girl who loves anything pink! She will often either hang around lots of people or little at a time. Chuckling On "the" Inside. This was developed as a substitute for those texters, gamers, and twitterers who, 99% of the time, don't actually Laugh Out Loud when they type LOL countless times per day. Be truthful, just type COI. This may also inspire the person who only made you silently chuckle to try and one-up themselves and make you laugh out loud, or possibly even roll on the floor while laughing, next time.
I just read somebody's funny comment in the World of Warcraft chatroom. But it wasn't that funny, therefore I didn't make any actual sound when reading it.....COI.

COI is an acronym for "Choke on It"it is pronounced like the the Koi fish. Used like lol or ttyl on text messages or email. namely towards ex-girlfriends
As she frantically scrawled out words to verbally batter him, his only and final response "COI". Huh? she texts backs its "ciao" Learn to spell. "COI" it right he think to himself.
