(sur 'kli' vizn) n. an innovative form of art introduced in 1985 that uses circles or other similar shapes to invoke a style of beauty. The application of circles being made by oils, acrylic, computer or pencil using either a brush, keyboard, or pencil onto masonite, canvas, or even digitally.
