chitodyus

(Noun)
A chitodyus is a roasted meat product consisting of a fetus stuffed into a deboned baby which is then placed inside a deboned toddler which is roasted in an entire, cleaned but bone-in, child. Often served at Thanksgiving dinner when poultry is scarce.
Our waterfowl didn’t make it to harvest this year so we’ll be making a chitodyus out of the grandkids again. Everyone wins as Thanksgiving dinner is back on and there are fewer mouths to feed.
