Chickenknees 

(1.) A chicken dish served at a Chinese resturant that contains meat that is unrecognizeable; not sure if it is chicken.

(2.) A term for Chinese food.
(1.) It was something that looked like chicken knee joints, tasted like pork, and was clearly mostly cartilage... but a nice, chewable cartilage. Clearly I was eating Chickenknees.

(2.) I'm hugary, let's eat Chickenknees tonight.

Bees Knees and Chickens fingers 

This saying is used when somebody asks', whats for dinner, or any meal, usually having no clue what is actually for dinner you say it leaving the person slightly puzzled.
john: hey mum, whats for dinner, im starving ?

mum: Bees Knees and chickens fingers john, enjoy
