Simply another way of saying "bitch." Usually used for chatting on social media games to prevent from being filtered out by the chat filter, rather than saying the actual word.

bycho

A bycho is someone who is way to obsessed with bicycles, motorcycles, tricycles, etc.

They never talk about anything other than their bikes and how swoll their quads are. They spend horrendous amounts of money on their bikes. They actually wear helmets and knee pads so they look “professional”.

Tim: Amanda is such a bycho!
John: I know right! If I have to hear her talk about her bike one more time I will shoot her.

Tim: She made me feel her quads at least 4 times this week!
