Defined as the sound to what one makes when they are submerged into water. Essentially drowning while producing bubbles.

All I heard from Frank was blub-blub as he continued to drown.

Blub Blub is commonly referred to as the fat or fat rolls on an animal (usually dogs), it is usually located around the neck where theres access skin and fat.
