Bianox 

Bianox, formerly Bianox07, is a 22-year-old creator from Cartagena, Spain, in the popular indie rhythm-based action platformer Geometry Dash. He is most known for hosting or participating in multiple extreme demons, such as Kenos (verified by Npesta), Zodiac (verified by Technical49), CYCLONE (a fast-paced extreme using "Rock It" by Hommarju) and DARKENED (a slow-paced extreme verified by Yoshikawa). Outside of extremes, he's known for creating multiple highly-regarded demons, such as MINDBREAKER or OPAL.

As of 10/7/2021, Bianox has 29 Creator points from 12 rated levels, all of which are demons. It is unknown how long he had been playing Geometry Dash.

binox 

A local group of adolescent males and females based out Richmond VA, who go around flashing "hand binoculars" at random passersby. The flashing of the "binox" gesture, as they call it, is also associated with the loud yelling out of certain phrases such as, "BINOX" or "I SEE YOUR BUTTCHEEKS".
This is all done in good fun and should not be taken as a threat or vulgar gesture. The gesture is made by cupping both hands and placing them over your eyes to resemble binoculars.

We are stopped at a red light, a man is sitting in his vehicle not really paying attention, when he turns to the car to his left and sees 2 young men flashing the hand binoculars or "binox" at him, and doesn't know what is happening.

Colloquialism shortening of binoculars. Used on occasion in military and mercenary settings, the word mostly survives in model names of select binoculars.
