Haight and Ashbury were technically streets that intersected, but was soon to be known as just "Haight Ashbury"

A street corner in San Francisco which was considered the drug market of the 60's. Home to the Grateful Dead and other bands of this era. the in place to be of the 60's.
Now, it is full of head shops, record and clothing stores. A fun place to visit if you like vintage things.

ashbury college is a private school on the rich snobby side of ottawa you’d think everyone that goes to ashbury is filthy rich but unless you’re a boarder you’re probably average and just got a scholarship for anything, imagine a high school that gives out 10k basketball scholarships holy shit. if u don’t have a scholarship and u go to ashbury you probably live in the castle houses in manotick. if you go to ashbury and it isn’t one of the first things you talk about u lowkey try to act mad ghetto and try to avoid that ur parents spend 35k+ a year on ur grades 4-12 education
person: dude she’s smoking hot
other person: yeah man she goes to ashbury college
person: oh shit she’s never going to shutup about it

Ashbury College is a private boarding/day school in Rockcliffe, Ottawa, Canada. A superior institution than those in the public schooling system (lmao). Ashburians are simply better. Boarders here are pretty cool but mainly day kids. Ashburians are generally from higher economic standing than public schoolers (except like 5 day kids that get aid but thier cool).
Yeah did you hear about that Nobel Prize Winner?
Yep he went to Ashbury College right?
Yeah the kids thier are so smart
