Zu'u is part of the Language of the Dovah, the dragons of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It means "I", or "me". Alduin said once, "Zu'u Alduin." That would be "I Alduin", or "Me Alduin". Though not sounding grammatically correct, different languages use words differently, even if they mean the same thing to us.
