prounounced as zee--bee. this is the noisy grainy black and white flying insect-like shapes you see in your television sets when your cable company is down. mostly heard during the early 90s in some areas in lipa city, batangas, philippines.

elle! amf! down na naman ang cable, di ako makapanood ng basketball, zibi yung tv! (elle! wtf! the cable service is down again…i can’t watch basketball, ’m seeing zibi!)
