The phrase I hear every time I check my aol email that makes me want to punch a wall.

"YOU GOT MAIL"
"omg wtf stfu" *punches wall*

1) The phrase that AOL says whenever you get new mail in a very annoying and high-pitched voice.

Considering how many weight loss ads are seen on AOL, they should change the saying to "you got mass".
