This is an expression of stupidity and boredom. It means nothing and is derived from the question "Who did he do?!". A small group of students accidentally stumbled upon the phenomenon when vigorously studying for a psychology exam. If the queston "who did he do??" is stated fast enough in one burst of energy, the expression is born.
