Waits

A funny, sweet, perfect, beautiful boy with no lack of confidence. Waits easily commands an audience and is the coolest person in any room. He’s destined to be a star. The world would be a better place if everyone had Waits in their life.
Person 1: Have you ever met a perfect person?
Person 2: Yes, his name is Waits.

Singer songwriter. America's largest consumer of bourbon and cigarettes.
Every time you listen to Tom Waits, a midget in a top hat rides a tricycle.

Tom Waits

1. A hobo whimsy best expressed by a musical and lyrical genius that is legendary and rich with sly legerdemain. A Gypsy talent.

2. A national treasure usually found roughing it among vagrant campfires, eating baked beans, singing verses of box cars and Martha, playing harmonica that is kept in his coat's breast pocket on cold nights.

3. A dancing set of bones--such as the Elephant Man--summoned up from the dead to take the listener on an eerie ride, i.e. the Gospel Train on Halloween.
"Tom Waits for no man. But I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy." --Nick Cave to Henry Mancini

Tom Waits

Gravel-voiced singer/songwriter from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today. His albums from the 1970's include music mostly from the jazz and folk background. (see Foreign Affairs, Closing Time) In the 1980's and early 1990's, Waits became more of a carnival-style poet, writing songs with crazy rhythms, archaic instruments, and mesmerizing lyrics. (see Rain Dogs, Swordfishtrombones, Bone Machine) Today, Waits has created an interesting mixture of all his previous styles, most apparent on the albums Blood Money and Mule Variations. His latest album, Real Gone, is made up of Afro-Caribbean rhythms and beats, dropping his lifelong instrument of choice, the piano. An indie-cult favorite.
The Waits discography: Real Gone*, ('04) Blood Money*, ('02) Alice, ('02) Mule Variations*, ('99) The Black Rider, ('93) Bone Machine*, ('92) Franks Wild Years, ('87) Rain Dogs*, ('85) Swordfishtrombones*, ('83) Heartattack and Vine*, ('80) Blue Valentine*, ('78) Foreign Affairs*, ('77) Small Change*, ('76) Nighthawks at the Diner, ('75) The Heart of Saturday Night*, ('74) Closing Time*. The One Who Waits

The One Who Waits is the main antagonist of the game cult of the lamb,
He is depicted as a three eyed black cat wearing a white coat with a wide red stripe going down the center of the coat.
He basically just tells you what to do and you have to do whatever he says to progress in the story, except for the end.
Guy 1:"Man I just need to type in someone having a boring ass conversation about something I'm writing about for the 50th time, The One Who Waits."
