Generic name used for dwarves when you won't/can't identify them. Most of the time appears in the format "Urist Mcword".

Comes from a joke in the Dwarf Fortress Comunity.

Person 1: Who's the dwarf that caved in the head of the Overseer?
Person 2: No idea, it was just some random Urist.

To consume so much Cocaine that it eventually rots the flesh between the nostrills leaving the user with just one large hole in the nose. Normally followed by reconstructive surgery (for the rich and famous).
