A liberal city like Portland (Oregon), Seattle or San Francisco, will be a perfect example of a modern,liberal, littered tyrannical wasteland.
Since crime isn't included in the 3 plagues of social work, Chicago and New York City are not in my definition of littered tyrannical wasteland, at least not for now.

The government isn't "Not tyrannical" because it is just.
Hym "It's not tyrannical because the inevitable outcome of tyranny is upheaval. So, what do they do? Broaden the distribution of culpability for modern problems and the strife of their constituents. Maybe a little covert tyranny will go unnoticed. Maybe some overt tyranny whenever you can find an excuse. And as long as they condition us to be averse to violence we will remain passive. The status-quo will be maintained."
