Dude 1) Why do you want to kill Dzhokhar Tsarnaev by lupara blasts? Wouldn't that violate the 8th Amendment to The US Constitution against cruel and unusual punishment. Why not just have him machine gunned to death by firing squad and get it over with?
Dude 2) : lolz, you should listen to New York State Senator Gregory Ball. IHHO terrorists like Dzhokhar Tsarnaev don't deserve either Miranda Rights, let alone protection under the 8th Amendment, even if they are American citizens.
