Trekfast

pronounced like breakfast but with trek at the start, it is used when anything requiring effort needs to be done early in the morning, E.G. making breakfast.

Cormac: we have to be in work for 7am tomorrow to make the meeting.
Connor: uhhhhh trekfast!
