Tornigga 

A group of ignorant black people that have formed a circle around a social occurrence. From the outside, nothing can be seen aside from the backs of those surrounding said event; but from a high vantage point the event can be observed by looking into the eye of the tornigga. Like tornadoes, torniggas can migrate at a very subtle or extremely fast rate, depending upon the amount of action in the event.

Black Guy: Aye yo, there's a fight!
*runs over and joins the circle of people that also decided to watch said skirmish*
*slowly, as others join the circle, it becomes a full blown tornigga*

Tornigger 

When a group of black people invades a white neighborhood by moving into the houses. Usually drops all value of the houses around it, allowing for more black people to move in.

David: This neighborhood sure has a lot of black people.
Alex: Yeah, used to be a white community before being hit by the Tornigger.
