Tomboy 13 

A gang in the 1990’s that primarily terrorized young blonde haired and blue eyed girls in Saskatchewan, Canada. They were known for their signature move to cut permanent smiles on pretty girls. They were known to operate out of the Cornwall Centre in Regina. There are also rumors that Tomboy 13 was connected to the murder of Tupac.
