The "sayori challange" is referring to a girl named sayori from ddlc that committed suicide. It's mostly used on tiktok and even though it has "challange" in its name it's not a challenge, it's just a more creative way of telling someone to kill themselves.

To pull a sayori means to commit suicide because in the game DDLC (Doki Doki Literature Club) A character named Say or I is struggling with depression which makes her kill herself, thus, making the phrase "Pull (ing) a Say or I" <3
