TeleTech

Teletech is very similar to calltech but more prison like if you smoke you actually walk outside into a caged in area (not just a fence its a cage). Everywhere you go in the building you must swipe your bage to open the door. Security is a joke they think there securing the white house. There are revolving doors that you walk through o get in and out, God forbid 2 people (1 comin in and ! goin out) the doors will trap you a security lets you out and the bull dyke yells 1 at a time. They dont even trust you wil a real phone everything is on your computer so they can watch your every move in order to get any incentives you must keep calls under 3 mins (I work for a bank) and don't use aftercall so basically your screwed with 8.65 an hour. The only thing you can have at your desk is a dry erase board no paper no pens no pencils and since you actually dont work for the company your takin calls for you have their rules plus teletechs rules. Hmmm o yeah I guess it makes them feel special cuz they call human resources human capital whoo hoo and some sups will try to help you and others send you off to call another dept and get a bad report its awesome I would recomend this for anyone who likes to be shit on or lives in the ghetto
Dude 1: Hey man I really need a job
Dude 2: Teletech is hiring
Dude 1: Awesome I'll apply
3 months later

Dude 1; Dude your such a dick I hate this job
Dude 2: Yeah but no1 else I knew worked here

Teletech

Hell hole of the universe. Place to avoid at all times when possible. Festering puss-hole of rancid slavery on Satans anus
I work at Teletech, I have attempted to kill myself several times with a phone headset and have wasted the last 3 years of my life.

Teletech

Also known as TTEC. A shithole company. Pays minimum wage and has numerous lawsuits for not paying employees their correct wages, system issues, or for overtime. Outsourced IT department located in India and the Philippines is a joke. Also notorious for fighting unemployment benefits by saying that you quit, rather than you getting fired.
I fucking hate Teletech! They lied to unemployment saying that I quit when I was fired for performance issues!

odu teletechnet

Lame ass televised correspondance courses that take up too much time, cost too much, and cover the same material that your community college teaches while you pay 3x the tuition.

Alternate: Program in which you trade time and money for a college degree, learning is optional.

Alternate: Program in which hands on experience is replaced with "Virtual Labs." The so called virtual labs consist of computer simulations nad writing long reports that are graded on margin width, font size, etc. instead of content.
Even though I flunked out of high school, Teletechnet accepted me.

Teletechnophobia

The phobia or fear of vintage telephones(Yes I did make this word up for my comic, don’t judge me)
Guy 1: “Dude, why tf is that guy panicking over a fucking rotary phone?“
Guy 2: “Oh, he has Teletechnophobia.“
Guy 1: “What?”
Guy 2: “Teletechnophobia.”
Guy 1: “Erm actually 🤓☝️, do you mean Technophobia?-“
Guy 2: “SHUT TF UP MATT! THIS IS WHY NOBODY LIKES YOU!”
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.

The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.

The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.

Successful strivers:
- Barack Obama
- Harold Koh

SkyPesos

Delta SkyMiles, also known as SkyPesos, is the frequent flyer program of Delta Airlines. It has a very poor value and hard to use.
- I'm trying to book an award flight to Paris, but I only have 70,000 SkyPesos
- Just forget about it, you don't have enough SkyPesos to fly anywhere.
