The only way one is known as a stella is to be accepted by the stellas. To do this they must complete multiple tasks from a list givin by members of the group. When the list is completed a meeting is held to discuss the future of this certain female. If accepted the female is now a stella. The girls support each other, lean on each other, and do almost everything together. They are "Stellas", and are also very respected by females everywhere.
