Nicknames for really cool people, that are a little messed up in the head sometimes, with the letter K beginning their name. Although the person with the nickname "Special K" is cool (and probably okay at xbox), the person who nicknamed the person "Special K" is the cool sauce ultimate. Another nickname for a person already nicknamed "Special K" is runt and caramel.

Special K Cereal is a common brand of cereal exclusively purchased by Caucasian mothers in an attempt to reduce their obesity, however, this refers to the slamming of stated Caucasian mother into a counter top with the force required to hospitalize and fracture the hips. After this endeavor of hip breakage, it is necessary to keep tapping that aged bun hole.
