Smortid

A combination of the words 'Smort,' meaning smart and stupid at the same time, and 'Stupid,' which requires no definition (if you need one, look in a mirror). Incredibly stupid, but with a glimmer of intelligence somewhere underneath the idiocy.

1) He's incredibly smortid. Complete moron at times, but he has his moments

2) Person 1: Wow, that was a stupid choice.

Person 2: More smortid than stupid. She clearly thought about it, but not well enough.

3) "Well that was smortid."
