Sleepy Dust 

The most annoying thing that happens when you wake up. It's like an eye booger.

I couldn't open my eyes because there was sleepy dust in it.

crust around your eyes when you wake up. Ugly people are more prone to it, as are chavs. It is often left unwashed by chavs and grows in to a fungus.
