A person who can talk the talk but can't walk the walk. Someone who dresses with style, looks like they got it together, and can look like they have expensive taste but when it comes to depth they can't deliver. No real skills, no real talent, even though they got the "look".

She messed up my hair even though hers looks flawless. What a showhorse.
