Scream with the letter a omitted, to express haste. An exclamation in acknowledgement to a mild annoyance or an unfortunate event. Can be prepended with 'big' to convey a stronger or more extreme response.

'Did you remember to get your free crepe yesterday?' 'I forgot! Screm!'
'I just butt-called my ex...big screm man, big screm!'

used to describe generic women or a woman that has no real importance in a persons life but are there to party with or sleep with. It is used instead of slut or skank when describing someone to friends as it is less insulting.
