A term reserved for a muscle bound Ed Hardy or Affliction wearing idiot. Generally they are found at the tanning salon, hogging weights at the gym, watching every UFC fight and running around with a pack of other Russells at a douchey bar (also known as a Russell Bar). The term comes from the need to point out "Russells" in public at full volume without them understanding you are poking fun at their idiocy.
Take a look at that Russell's wicked Ed Hardy belt buckle. Watch out for that pack of Russell's over there. We don't go to X, Y or Z bar, it's filled with Russells now.

In short, he’s that kid. He’s mildly annoying, but he can be funny at times. He’s relatively tall, about 5’11’’, but he’s ugly as shit. He thinks he’s popular because he follows around the cool kids, but they make fun of him. He’s arrogant and often thinks that he’s right, even though he’s kind of stupid. He thinks he’s better than everyone else at most things, but again, he’s that kid.

Russel is a guy who has a tought exterior but when you get to know him, heck, have him in your life, you'll learn that he too can feel. He's the funniest, sweetest, smartest, most skillful person you'll know. He's into cars and vapes, and guy stuff. He is a very hard working man and he should be very proud of himself.
