Restupid

A law enforcement officer who consistently makes dumb or idiotic mistakes and decisions. Usually participates in dangerous and reckless behaviors. Also endangers the safety of fellow officers. This officer tends to use the sentence, “absolutely brother”. To everything that he is told.

Did you see officer Doe search a vehicle by himself today, that is really restupid.
