R on Wheels is a retard on wheels. It is a person who acts like a retard, so you ignore that person. They are usually in a blow off class fooling around or making fun of other people when they have no friends. The most comman case is with freshman because they think that acting out this way will make them tons of new friends. When in actuality noone likes them for it.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
