A group of dumb people, usually 5 or more, despite the fact that “quad” means 4 - highlighting the stupidity of the group in question.

Jack: “did you hear about those bank robbers that got caught after locking themselves out of their getaway car?”

David: “yeah - those six dudes were a real Quadtardation huh?”
