Quadtardation 

A group of dumb people, usually 5 of them or more - despite the fact that “quad” means 4, highlighting the stupidity of the group in question.

Jack: “yo, did you hear about the robbers who got caught after locking themselves out of their getaway car?”

David: “Yeah - those six dudes were a real Quadtardation, huh?”
