A hick from the Puna District on the Big Island of Hawai‘i; an area the size of the entire island of O‘ahu. Add in an active volcano, a county government that doesn't give a crap what they do as long as they aren't killing anyone, and mix in a shitload of "love and light" hippies, conspiracy theorists who moved out here during the pandemic or have lived here for 40 years so they claim to be "Hawaiian", random hermits who live out in the lava desert, and sovereignty separatists....

Those guys in front of 7-Eleven? Nah they aren't homeless, they're just Punatics.
