In SA:MP, (an Addon for GTA San Andreas that allows you to play GTA San Andreas online with other people)Specificly Roleplaying Servers, it means to have "Super Powers" Or to do somthing In game that you cannot do In real life.

Dude, Im going to smash the guys Infurenus at top speed and drive away!

Now think....Could you do that In real Life? Driving away from that accident would be to Powergame

Powergang 

An organization created by 4 black males from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a drive to contribute to society in a positive manner. Members have a sense of self-esteem and seek out like minds and congregate in large groups. They are highly intellegent with alot of street knowledge that can't be obtained in public schools. Members of the Powergang use their talents of all forms in order to get respect and recognition and empower the black community in a positive way. They are similar to a small government to bring awareness and to teach and prepare the youth of America and the rest of the world too!

The PoweRGanG will be the new government for anybody who has been forgotten about by the current government.

powergamer 

A player of a game that seeks to use the system to dominate and frustrate other players.

This is typically not a problem when dealing with games that encourage competitive playing, but swiftly becomes a problem when the objective of the game is not to defeat your opponenet, either real or perceived, but to co-operate and socialize with other players.

As such, power-gamers are the bane of certain role-playing games, social games and online games like wordMUD/words and their ilk, and games where not everyone wants to make you their bitch.

However, certain games suit powergamers well -- games like Monopoly and the (now discontinued) Paranoia RPG setting by West End Games.

Well, yeah, Fabian is a power-gamer... he's a wonderful person to be with, and very accommodating, but never, ever, play against him -- you'll just end up hating him.
