The immediate feeling of misery and regret after eating Panda Express. Primarily occurs after consuming a “Plate” or “Bigger Plate” with Orange Chicken or Beijing Beef as an entree. Abbreviated as PPR.

Guy 1: Let’s go out for some drinks!

Guy 2: Nah man, I have Post-Panda Regret. I can’t move.
