This is the biggest insult you can call someone. It is even worse than stealing their nose. It is the only insult worse than poo poo head

The superlative for all things crappy. It's something that sucks so bad it can't just be shitty. It has to be a clean reference to crap, refer to where fecal matter originates, and then finally be shitty.
