Noun (Title)

A gay term used to define a petite (in both height and weight) gay male (a twink usually) who only prefers the top position (The Pitcher) in gay sex.

Figuratively meaning he's small enough to be placed in ones pocket but is still a top.

You see that twink across the bar, hes a cute "Pocket Top".
